Pickups and appraisals

Local pickup appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any request. Payment at pickup is by cash, Square card reader, or store credit.

Pricing and fees

Pickup fees are based on distance and box count. Pickup is free in New Jersey within 25 miles at any volume, rising with volume above 20 boxes. In New York City, lots under 5 banker boxes are $50. Larger lots are charged per the published rate table: $100 for 20–49 boxes, $250 for 50–99, and $350 for 100 or more. New York City pickups of 20 or more boxes start at $250, with higher rates for larger lots. Eastern PA pickups, east of Allentown only, are $100 for lots up to 19 boxes, with a $250 minimum for 20 boxes or more. Every fee is quoted and agreed before we load anything.

Digital products

Digital products — the Resale Blueprint and the Resale Field Kit — are delivered as PDF downloads by email after purchase. All sales are final; no refunds are provided after download.

Physical products

Physical products purchased through this site ship to the continental United States, free of charge, by USPS within two business days of purchase. Tracking is included with every shipment. Inventory purchased directly through eBay or Etsy may ship worldwide according to the shipping terms on those marketplaces.

Returns. Physical products may be returned within 10 days of receiving them. To start a return, contact us at usowiczr@yahoo.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received back.

Damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it further and send the photos to us. We will review the claim and ship a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item so the claim can be reviewed while the packing record is still on file.

Liability

SDR Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
